Building Entrance & Outdoor Area
Letterbox – dust, wipe and de-cobweb Intercom – wipe to remove dirt, fingerprints and cobwebs.
Remove cobwebs from front of building perimeter fence and walls (where practical).
Main entrance pathway – air blow to remove leaves, dust, remove rubbish from garden beds.
Clean entry foyer glass doors.
Driveway Ramp – Air blow to remove leaves/ litter. Remove cobwebs from garage door. Report any maintenance issues.
Ground, 1st & 2nd Level
Clean foyer glass doors, and windows.
Elevator – polish stainless steel and other wall panels, wipe button panels, clean mirror, vacuum & mop floors.
Dust/ wipe all horizonal surfaces as required.
Dust/ wipe skirting boards., light switches and window ledges.
Dust/ wipe apartment entry doors and handles. Vacuum tiled floor and carpeted areas.
Mop tiled areas.
Report any maintenance issues.
Wipe apartment entry doors and handles. Stairwells – Vacuum floors and remove any discarded litter, dust/ wipe handrails.
Clean/ wipe rubbish chute.
Clean/ wipe other fixtures.
Basement Carpark
Sweep/ vacuum floors in vicinity of entrance/ exits.
Remove leaves and litter from ramp.
Report any maintenance issues. Bin Room
Sweep floor, dispose loose litter.
Clean bin lids.
Rotate bins if full.
Garden Mow nature strip (3 weekly). ▪ Remove/ kill weeds.
Trim/ tidy garden beds.
